Products return

If you want to return the product for reasons that are not ours but yours, this is not permitted, because our products are hygienic products and because of the intimate nature that characterizes these product categories, with the exception of some special cases.

Returning or changing products is only possible in the following cases:

  • 1. Physical damage to the product is observed inside the packaging at the time of unpacking.
  • 2. It is noted that the expiry date of the product has expired (if any)
  • 3. It is noted that the product inside the packaging is not the same as the one presented on the packaging, or is not the same as the one ordered by the customer.
  • 4. It can be seen from the exterior of the product packaging that the delivered product is not the same as the one ordered.

In all cases, the product delivered must be in its original packaging, with no scratch marks. It must be carefully unpacked in order not to be damaged during this process and the packaging and accessories contained within the packaging should be kept unharmed. You also need to tell us why you are turning it around so that we can further improve our service.

Refund

Once we have the product delivered and once we have it inspected, we will immediately notify you of the return or refund. If the return is approved by Rosso.shop, we will immediately initiate refund procedures. You will be reimbursed on your credit card, Paypal or payment method when purchasing the product. Customs Duties will only be reimbursed by Rosso.shop if you attach the returned product and relevant Albanian customs documents
